Rented a car while mine was in the shop at Caliber Collision. Rental was easy and quick. The other party's insurance put me in a smaller car than my crossover SUV, so the Enterprise manager called them to set me up in a comparable vehicle. Return was quick and easy as well. Had no issues with the rented vehicle.

I dropped off my car from one of the Houston branches. But my drop off experience was super quick and easy. I didn't have any problems and was in and out of there in less than five minutes.

So yeah, I had a good experience!

One of my co-workers in Austin rented a car and drove it down to our offices in San Antonio. I hopped in his car for lunch and  later in the day realized that I had misplaced my wallet.  I began retracing my steps after work, but before I had gone too far I got a call form the branch manager Jessica Clark, who had found my billfold under the passenger seat and traced me through one of my business cards. I had my wallet the next day, and all of the money was there (I had run to the bank earlier in the day).  Five stars for outstanding customer service. Thanks, Jessica!
