i had a great experience. Check in was super fast (15 minutes tops) and the person assisting me was super friendly and nice. I truly enjoyed my experience.

I'm not happy! I was told that there were 2 people in front of me. So, of course, I wait but no one has called me back since this morning. They are about to close now...and the lady who answered the phone couldn't help me out at all. Still waiting for a phone call back. Also need someone to pick me up and nothing. Just sad.

Excellent service is what stands out about this Enterprise location.  The office is located within a very clean and nice repair shop (within the lobby area).  I would definitely rent from this location again.

Absolutely horrible customer service.  One person on a Saturday to do everything,  including washing the cars.  Waited for over a 1/2 hour only to have the employee skips the line to wash a vehicle from a customer from 2 hours earlier that just walked back in.  Not sure why someone that signed that the car was ok 2 hours earlier is more important then the people here waiting to get their car.  Waste of an hour but not my money. I walked out.

I have rented vehicles here at least 7-8 times. They are the only car rental place in Leander, but I've had only good experiences so far. They are usually busy, but their staff hustles and is friendly, and I don't believe I've ever had to wait more than about 10-15 minutes before a car is ready. I've had no surprises of the bad kind, and one or two free upgrades. Overall positive experiences.
