Great service and great vehicle! The Toyota Sienna that I rented was in very good shape, was clean and it was a no-hassle experience. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that it was due a service and I had to sit for a lengthy while until the service was complete. But other than that, It was great.

I have rented from this location twice now, considering it is conveniently located relative to the office I work at. Both times, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received and the timeliness of the employees. It is an in and out affair, highly recommend this location.

These guys are great! They took the negative and made a positive. Literally the team rose to the occasion and shined, quick service and stellar customer soft skills. Way to be awesome this time around!

Forget the airport or the big rental car mega lots.  This is small, effective, fast, and smart...not to mention nice!  They always have a car, they "over deliver" and they give you the benefit of the doubt!  Their receipting process is perfect...turned a car in at midnight....receipt by 9:00 am!      Go Cedar Park!

They stated I could use my debit card, I came in so I can get my rental then they said they couldn't, even though they had a sign posted, very inexperience and the knowledge of the systems!!
