Not happy at all. I've rented from Budget for years but somehow it seems they don't need business. I've been trying to reserve a car for over an hour now. I forgot my password so I called the toll free number to reset it, instead of resetting it they first tried to set my reservation for me and it was more expensive than it was online. When I mentioned that the guy he of course he followed it with a more economical offer. This is not being honest, this is trying to scam.Then I was sent a link to reset the password and it still didn't work so I  called back. At this time a different person tells me I have to wait for twenty minutes before I can use it. WTF... why wouldn't they tell me that before.

Car not available after having reservation for 2 weeks. actually, no cars in all of austin somehow. Must be poor management or terrible planning

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. I went to return a car and when they printed the receipt, it contained optional services that I had not selected. I asked what the charges were, and the answer was that he didn't know (so nobody knows what they are, but they still bill for them). He said I would have to call the location in Dallas to find out. And if wanted removed, I would have to call the 1-800.  
They didn't want to do anything there other than take the key. Horrible customer service
