I see why the reviews are low at this location. Not saying anything more, but it depends on who you know. I had a pass in the past for a 3-day complimentary session. Now, I'll look elsewhere. What could've been a nice experience leave me thinking twice. I star for convenience to shop in open mall complex after workout. Ask for Todd if you need help. He knows best.

This location sucks!!!! Do not buy or go here for training sessions. The manager of training Bryce is very unprofessional,  I had at least 1 sessions left so I called him to see if I needed to go in and do paperwork to end my sessions so the gym will no longer charge me and his respond was no you don't need to come in I'll take care of it. Next thing you know they charge me my card again. So I called him again and his respond was this will be the last charge. No apology no explanation.  He acted like it's no big deal, it's not his money So he doesn't care. It's been 1 week I haven't got a trainer that accommodates my hours. He had a trainer name Thomas contact me finally but this guy said the hours I wanted he couldn't train because he goes on break from 2 to 4pm. I contacted the main gym manager and still no trainer. Every time I call the gym they say Bryce is on a meeting from 10am to 130pm. He does not return phone calls. Every time I call if he does respond I always have to remind him what my cell number is and why I'm calling. This guy is a joke!!!! Never again I'll train at this gym. Waste of time and money.

DON’T sign up for personal training. Waste of money and time. Management is super nice until you sign up then don’t want to deal with you and are rude. What a joke. Been getting the run around and lied to since week 2 but they got their money for doing absolutely nothing for me.

Don’t come here. You will be disappointed.

Signed up for a new membership they made the personal training option sound amazing, they said you could try it out and if you don’t like it you don’t have to do it cool.

Couldn’t get in touch with the personal trainer, went down to the office was ignored for 15 minutes, came back a couple days later , they told me the manager in charge of personal training wasn’t there, asked them to cancel the personal trainer they said it was part of a contract and etc.
“You can’t do it over the phone you have to do it in person”

They will dodge you until your contract is secure.

I recently received a mailer for a complimentary 7 day pass. I submitted my request online and got a phone call this morning inviting me in to pick up my pass. On arrival, I was told that I would only be able to receive my pass if I was interested in purchasing the $20 or $30 plan. The mailer clearly offered the promotional price and mentioned nothing about having to commit a specific type of membership for the complimentary pass. I even asked to just try the gym for 1 day, not even 7, and the GM told the sales rep that I would need to pay $15 to use the facility for the day. I was looking to switch gyms (been a member at 24 fitness for 3+ years) and I just wanted to view the facility so I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. The GM could definitely learn more sales skills since I could have easily signed up for one of the premium memberships. I wasn't even offered a tour. Very deceptive marketing and sales tactics. He didn't even bother to come out of the office, real professional.
