We are the experts in children’s fitness.

My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks thru 13 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. We have over 260 locations in more than 30 countries offering structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes that incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and more. Children have loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence and self-esteem. Our state-of-the-art facility, extensively trained staff, award-winning class programs, and excellent student/teacher ratio have earned My Gym the reputation as the best early learning program of its kind.

My Gym is fun for 6months to 10 years. Kids are active, teachers are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We have been through 2 owner changes, and the current owners/managers are the best.

Great place for kids to grow, learn and develop :)  Amazing staff, super friendly and they always make sure the kids have the best time.

Our daughter has taken both gymnastic and karate at this location. Some reviews reflect poorly on staff, though recently staffing/management changes have been made to rectify these issues. The manager/karate instructor (Mr.Ben) is absolutely topnotch - extremely personable, very enthusiastic, FUN, and motivating. He has a true gift for working with children. We have seen our daughter improve by leaps and bounds through working with Ben in his karate program. Her focus, discipline, athleticism, and self-confidence have flourished. If you are interested in involving your child in a fun, meaningful program, look no further.

New Address.  Please click.  I am an employee and wish to inform all those who come this posting that our address has changed.  We are now across the street in the District on the Whole Foods side near the store West Elm. There is plenty of parking and we have excellent classes and and the best parties in town.

Our address is 170 South Green Valley Parkway-Suite 140, Henderson, NV 89012
