To be completely fair I waited a couple days to think about everything. The property is worth the 2 stars but what happened next should cause you to consider another choice. When we checked in the staff seemed friendly enough and when we got to our room we found it to be clean but very small and old. To flush the toilet as an example you must keep holding down the lever or it does not work. That is a very minor issue. This is a major one. ON Monday although we were gone from 9 am to 7 pm housekeeping did not make up our room. IN addition the key's we were issued lost the magnetic code necessary to operate, this could happen anywhere. Then to top it off they parked the company van in a handicap spot forcing us to park elsewhere. When I told them they said that they would promptly move it but did not even overnight until we left at 9:45 AM. Unless you get a deal that is simply too good to pass up, find another property run by professional property managers who know how to run a hotel.

We bought a Groupon. The room came with a bottle of wine. And there was a wine tasting in the lobby at 5. Was a nice get away for a night.

Close to everything. All within walking distance. Comfortable rooms. And great outdoor hottub with a nice view.

I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK
Since 2 weeks passed from check-out, I couldn't get my $200 as deposit back to my account. The receptionist told me that it'll take 7 business day maximum for taking back my deposit on 30-Oct but still I can't get any update on it. I think it's directly related with credit issue between client and the hotel. So please REPLY me any feedback on this.
For now, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to stay to anyone looking for hotel in Vancouver.

Not posh, but not pretentious. Great location and a clean room. Stayed for three nights and have no complaints...but nothing to praise either. It's a place to rest your head. In this city you shouldn't be wasting time in your hotel anyway.
