Rooms are dated, as many are in this price point.
Decent size, stayed in room 22. Small kitchenette so you're provided with two stove tops, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Bathroom is small, and for some reason there was a dent in the wall of the bathtub. Additionally, it would be nice to have a towel or mat for the floor of the bathroom.

Regarding the WiFi, it's nearly unusable and I wouldn't vouch for its reliability if you're in need of a consistent connection. General maintenance could be improved, lots of smaller imperfections. The refrigerator doesn't seem to be that cold and I couldn't find any setting to change that. If something is advertised, it should be available and fully functional. Extremely unethical to deceive people, then provide them with no means of rectifying the situation.

Very cordial and accommodating family run this diamond in the rough.  The heated pool is open year round and is huge for a small motel. There are little things that need addressing but the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, microwave &fridge make for a homey feel.  If you are looking for a reasonable, family oriented accommodation, this is the place!

Perfect if you don't want to spend a lot and aren't going to be spending a lot of time in your room. Guy that owns it is very nice. Indoor pool is clean and larger than any I have seen before. Close to Hannafords, Chinese, jogging trail, seafood, and a host of other restaurants and activities.

Cabins are a perfect size for our family of four ( 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 pre-teen) and clean. Even the bathroom is large and greatly adequate. 
If we weren't enjoying the pool or the activities as a family; then we were walking the grounds, enjoying the beautiful landscaping.
We will be going here again and again, as a couple or As a family!

Not a bad cottage outside of Old Orchard Beach but not a ton of amenities either.
