I love the commitment PetSaver has to supporting the local animal shelters by donating food, hosting adoption events, and publicizing animal related fundraisers. The staff is very knowledgeable and always available to assist with questions or locating something. The selection of food and other products are high quality and most not carried by the big box stores. They have also multiple times had a product transferred from another store or held product for me. I am willing to pay a bit more to support local, purchase high quality and receive excellent customer service.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and nice. My dog Angus loves coming in and everyone will stop what they are doing to love on him. We love the selection, especially the dried salmon chews. They recently ran out and they took my info to give me a call, and they set aside the best ones of the bunch for us!! This place is the best.

I have to say that I have never had such a nice experience at a pet store. I walked in, kinda confused as to what I needed. Within 30 seconds, I was approached and asked if I needed help (and it wasn’t with that fake, annoyed attitude). One of the workers spent almost 30 mins finding food that met my cats specific needs and my price range. Then he helped me to use my coupons for the absolute best deal. I was impressed by the range selection, but the quality of the products and mostly by the knowledge and kindness of everyone in the store.

Every time I have been here the staff have been extremely helpful and kind. They always have treats on hand for my dog and are very knowledgeable about what products are best. It is clear they care about your pet.

Clean. Mostly organized. Helpful staff. Have to search for them at times though. I love that I can order online what I need (or forgot to buy) at lunch and just pick it up on my way home from work.
