Used this company to move July 2015. The movers were rude and used crude language amongst each other in front of my family. We were promised by the owner to be reimbursed for an item that was lost, a piece of a bed frame, However, after ordering the piece, we could not get ahold of the owner again for the reimbursement. More importantly, our family safe went missing. I witnessed the movers take it out of our old home and place it in the moving truck. But it never made it into our new home. All of my family's important information was inside of the safe: birth certificates, social security cards, passports, diploma, legal paperwork, etc. When we called the company to inquire about the missing safe, no one would answer or return our phone calls.

I had an 8:30 am appointment with this junk company. I talk to the owner at 8:15 am who told me they were having trouble with their truck and running a little late. They never showed up, never called and never answered my calls. A simple call to say that they couldn't keep the appointment would have been appreciated considering I took the day off work for this appointment and had to be out of the apartment this day as my lease ended. If I would have been the one to not show up for the appointment I would be held accountable by having my card on file charged a deposit fee or maybe even the whole estimate for the job, right? In further searching this company I found that their business address is a residential house and the toll free number listed on their website doesn't work. This is a back yard junk business that is ran I'm sure by a drunk that lacks any kind of education. Do not use this company.

Very unprofessional and cancelled on us at the last minute. I still cannot believe that the owner has such poor business practices yet advertises as Better Business Bureau accredited.
