Rachel was extremely helpful and friendly! We rented a trailer and she hooked it up for us and insured that all the lights worked, we actually had a blown fuse and she helped us until we successfully left the lot with everything we needed. Great service! We'll be return U-Haul customers and recommend the Troy location :D

I've used U-haul services in a number of places and this one has given me the best experience consistently now over a couple of visits.  They make it really easy to check in and out.  The workers always check me in and make sure I'm happy with everything and explain everything.  Prices are pretty standard for the company as a whole.  If you have moving needs, I'd highly recommend coming here.

It's a UHaul location. Rent a moving truck, pickup or van. Helpful staff and good prices.

I return the truck at night as agreed, and fill the gas as the same level they gave me, but they changed almost 7$ for fuel which I already filled, but it seems they took the chance I am not there
