BAIT AND SWITCH. I reserved a unit on-line with a promotional special. I was called multiple times to confirm and set an appointment for move in. When we got there, they showed us a unit that was not the one we reserved, didn't mention that it would be a different price until the paperwork was done and they asked for payment. When I pulled up my confirmation, the staff just started at me. They didn't have any of the units I reserved, and they didn't have the authority to honor my price on the other unit. After 30 minutes, they finally got a manager on the phone. Their solution was for me to pay the higher price today, and trust them to adjust it and refund me later in the week. When I asked for that in writing, the manager claimed she couldn't because she wasn't near a computer. No explanation as to why the counter staff couldn't do that. I left. This business is either completely disorganized, or they use this tactic to pretty on customers who show up with a full moving van and no options. I would not use them.

Great place for storage. Angelita helped us get into a unit in a very short amount of time. She is very professional and has excellent customer service skills.
