I have stored here for many years. I even broke my ribs on the steep drive with no calls to see if I was ok after reporting it to them. Alyssa is the only helpful person at this facility. The manager Julie went as far as telling me she did not get paid to stay after to wait for my door to be fixed. She said she would after making me feel bad for her. I was charged for a new lock with a letter staying she tried to contact me yet not one call from them after I paid my payment. Yes I have lots of late fees but pay them. Some have been with changing of owners several times and change in many policies. I have yet to ever sign a new contract. I have contacted corporate and they have yet to reapond months later.
