No one likes auto repairs including me. It is refreshing when the auto repair garage offers customer service above and beyond the norm in order to calm the nerves and sooth the pain of the situation. Cody at this Pep Boys service Center was amazing. I called first to see if they had the tire I needed. A few hours later once the towing service confirmed their arrival time, I called Cody again to be certain they had time on a Sunday to help. He remembered me. He found time. When I arrived in the tow truck with the car, Cody was instantly outside directing us and managing the situation. The price I was quoted hours ago was the same price once I arrived. I would describe this location of Pep Boys as a company of integrity. I trust their professionalism. There are many options for auto repairs and I am thankful that I randomly ended up here. I will make Pep Boys my first call for auto and tire repairs. I suggest you do the same. Ask for Cody.

Would've been 5, but they need some more help in the service area. Train everyone to answer the phone and help customers there. Austin - the person at the counter did a great job and was very professional. But, he had to answer phones, deal with customers and go back to ask questions of the mechanics in back. There were 4-5 other employees standing by their areas while the phone is ringing off the hook.. maybe train them to pick up the phone and make appointments or take messages for the service manager.

got a brake job and coolant flush. Half way home steam came out from under hood. Clamp had not been replaced on hot tube back to radiator. I put it back on and returned ASAP. While trying to show manager what was wrong, the tube(under pressure)popped off and hot fluid burned my lower abdomen. They offered a small discount on the charges. Burns took three weeks to heal. about 3 months later, I started hearing thump when applying brakes. Went to Toyota dealer who determined the brake pads had been placed upside down and were working loose, with the eventual possibility of them failing all together. Avoid this place!

Quick and accurate service and they have a great waiting area for their customers. The bathrooms are bright and clean.

Austin the manager has zero customer service skills. I cannot believe pep boys would allow him to the face of their company. I came in to get a lyft inspection and I did not have all of my proper paper work for my inspection. His attitude showed that he did not want to help me figure out how I could he the inspection form. He kept telling me that he does this ALL the time, but his actions showed otherwise. I know there are rules and regulations he has to follow and I understand that, but his attitude was simply he did not have time for me even though I was the only customer in his lobby. Lazy, rude, and down right doesn't care about his customers. I didn't even go back and will not. All because of his attitude.
