Jeffrey was awesome!  He was extremely attentive, helpful, and timely.  I have always liked coming to this Jiffy-lube because of its convenience and costumer service but today I was blown-away.  He made sure all my questions were answered, told me exactly how he serviced my car, and gave me his honest opinion.  Wonderful!

I'm more pleased by the lack of service. Let me explain, I'm very picky about my truck. I make a living out of it. I brought my own oil, filter and additive. Wanted nothing but the labor side of it. The crew read me flawlessly, did what I asked to the letter and nothing more, which was exactly what I wanted. I attempt this at other locations and they seem reluctant, push product and additional services etc. I left this location happy, and will return enthusiastically. And fyi, my truck is lifted, and very tall. Not a complaint to be heard, got a step stool and knocked it out of the park.

I drove right in and in 7 minutes my car was done. They even vacuumed my car and put air in my tires.  Not including the list of everything else they did. Crew was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. They didn’t push any services or products on me. I recommend this location to everyone!!!

They were fantastic! No appointment needed and they did my oil change fast. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and you leave with your car vacuumed and windows washed. I will definitely return :)

I have been a long time customer of Jiffy Lube (20 yrs plus), and I absolutely will find somewhere other than Academy and Austin Bluffs to take my vehicle.  Their staff deliberately asked me to call back the next day to have a transaction corrected to reflect a Groupon I had purchased that morning before the oil change - then today when I spoke with the manager he advised because it was no longer the SAME BUSINESS DAY that he couldn't fix the issue.  They also did a high mileage oil change without asking to check when the last one made my vehicle run so rough the dashboard rattled at stoplights.  More expensive and worse vehicle performance - will not return.  I wish this could be zero stars for horrible service, deliberately shady upselling, and dishonest staff trying to avoid correcting an issue.
