I purchased my first vehicle from the same lot different name. No problems what so ever and no hassle for you to make a choice .I went by a week ago and saw a SUV that was on the lot. I knew it was for me so I applied and was approved. I'm the newest owner of a Chevy Equinox. Joel and Christine are jewels if anyone needs a vehicle I say go to Express Motors and let them assist you. 5 stars all the way around. They keep it real 💯,Thank you for assisting me once again . Joelle went out of her way, literally, to put me in a great vehicle at a very affordable price. She was very helpful and I could not have expected a better car buying experience. The rest of the staff was very helpful and I loved the family atmosphere. I recommend them to anyone who is serious about buying a car.

I really hate to give this one star to this dealership because I’ve dealt with them in the past and they were pretty good but my last experience with them was beyond horrendous. My husband purchased his Charger with Brett about a year ago and we loved the process, we loved everything... no complaints. But Brett has departed from the business and they now have this money hungry fraud, Chase, now working there. I supported the business because it was family owned and they really cared about their customers. We decided to go back to buy my vehicle from them, because we had such a great first experience. Not the case with Chase!! I test drove my dream car since I was 18. I decided that this was THE CAR I wanted. We filled out the application, were approved and because we were repeat customers Joelle told us she’d hold the car for us. Chase was in the room when all this was said and done. My husband then gets a call after a few days from Chase and tells him that he sold the car! Can you imagine finding the perfect car, test driving it, falling in love with it... and then receiving a call from the dealership telling you ,”Oh, someone walked in with cash money so we sold it.” I was highly upset and disappointed because we had the process already locked down and an agreement with Joelle. They offered matching the price of the vehicle I wanted to another higher priced one, but that’s NOT what I wanted. And I damn sure wasn’t going to give them more business when they just made “cash money” from MY CAR! With a small family business as such customer loyalty is everything but sadly they have lost two, once loyal, customers because of this “new guy”.

Joelle was amazing to work with! Very nice and helpful. She definitely went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle that I liked. I will definitely recommend her and Express Motors!

My experience with Express Motors has been great. I was planning on visiting three car dealers in search of a Chevy Avalanche. My contact with Chase was very easy going and receptive to questions. I tend to be very weary of car dealers but from the moment I met Chase Turnquest, he change my view by the way he treated me. I found my car and took it for a test. Fell in love with it. There were a couple of issues that he said they would take care of before I would buy it. Let me tell you, they started as soon as I left the dealer. Joelle was very gracious and a great help with my financing. If you ever need a good car at great prices with great people to deal with, look no further than Express Motors and give Chase a call.
