I purchased my car on Friday from sales clerk Fatima. She was very helpful in finding me the best ride, as I am working on building my credit up more. What I personally liked, is her hands on approach and caring soul. I have purchased a car or 2 in my time, but this was one if not the best experiences I have had doing so. Fatima took the time to explain the technology to me, as well as other features with in my new car. The team as a unit was very helpful and professional. I definitely will recommend them to anyone.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at this dealership. It was so quick and laid back. They have been so helpful and have continued to contact me to ensure that I am still happy and see if I need anything. Steve the rep that worked with me was so fantastic and really patient. We started looking at buying a car last year and he stuck with us the entire time. I will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership and continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

Always had good service here. They have been available for oil changes when other places could not. Would take a car here for serious service with total confidence that they would do excellent work. Coffee/good magazines a TV in the lounge while you wait.

Every time I come here I have an early morning appointment (no later than 0830). I never seem to get my car in a timely manner. Today I dropped my car off at 8am. At 10:53am I received a call from DJ saying that all I needed was a new battery. I decided to walk 3.4 miles to the service center, arriving at 2:30 to find that my car is still not ready. I was told by DJ that he would check on it and to make myself comfortable. It is now an hour later and he has yet to give me my keys. I already saw the mechanic drive my car to the front and bring my keys in the office. But yet no once has a sense of urgency around here. I see DJ continue to walk around aimlessly as well as check other people out who showed up after me. This is ridiculous! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. It does not take 8 hours to change a battery. I have one star because I had to put something. However, the courtesy driver is always professional and kind.

I recently purchased a Chevy Impala from RK Chevrolet and had an incredible experience. The sales person Fatima quoted me a great price that I couldn't refuse. She was upfront, trustworthy, No Games, Final price was exactly as negotiated (no-last-minute surprises) and honest about everything and went way out her way to make sure all my needs were met. If you are shopping in the Virginia Beach area, then I would strongly recommend you check out RK Chevrolet and speak with Fatima. 5 STARS!!!!!
