I have been to quite a few dealerships before and can honestly say this was by far the best experience. James is a very honest and caring person. He took the time to address all my questions and if he did not know the answer, instead of making up what he thought would sound good, he actually took the time to find the right answer. He was very patient with me and took time to address every concern.

Before this experience, I admit I was one who thought dealerships like to get over on people. However, during general conversation, James explained how Beach Ford genuinely appreciates their customers. I can't speak about all dealerships, but with Beach Ford, He definitely changed my perspective and my experience with Beach Ford validates it.

Our salesman, Lee Eaton, and everyone else who helped us with the purchase of my Mustang today were awesome!  Everyone was so friendly and down-to-earth! We have been very happy with our experiences at Beach Ford over the past couple of years! And I love my Mustang!! :)

Had a great experience a week ago with Sean Murray at Beach Ford in Va Beach!  I found the car I was looking for and received great support from Sean in what is usually a very painful process!  Sean did such a great job, I wouldn't think twice to refer my friends to him for their car needs. 

Thanks Sean for taking care of our car needs and putting the customer first!!

Absolute terrible service today.  I had an appointment at 9:30 am for a state inspection.  I moved here from Wisconsin so I had no idea how long it would take.  I decided to wait for my car in the waiting room.  It got to be about 12:30 pm and the wait was getting to be ridiculous so I went over to the service department to question the status of my car.  They told me that they never wrote "wait" on my paperwork and did not know I was there.  I informed the lady when I made the appointment that I would wait for my car and the lady that assisted me when I got there at 9:30 this morning showed me to the cafe/waiting room so how did they not know?  Another hour and a half passes and I go to the service department again.  Come to find out that my car had failed the inspection because of the rear bearing.  No one had come to inform me of this.  They then ordered the part that was needed.  I didn't end up leaving the dealership until 3:45 pm.  OVER 6 HRS LATER.  I had an inspection done before I even left Wisconsin on 8/11/17.  They replaced my brake drum at that time.  Same exact drum that was replaced at Beach Ford today.  So basically they wasted my time and money because it was an unnecessary service that was done a month ago.  I will never be coming back to Beach Ford.

Beach Ford is always eager to help! Whether it is service or your looking for the next best car, they have you covered. My salesman , Tanner Baine, was polite and extremely patient with my personal and business needs for many vehicles. Will be returning very soon!
