Great business!  We shopped around to Checkered Flag and several other dealerships in Virginia Beach for an SUV.  RK Subaru sells incredible vehicles and they do business unlike any other dealership.  Ray Phifer made the whole experience enjoyable and easy.  He answered our questions with a great knowledge base.  Crawford Franck broke down the paperwork in a straight forward manner, without pressure or scare tactics to purchase extra protection packages.  RK Subaru staff from each department knows what they are doing and work with honesty and integrity...yes, it's possible to still have those qualities in the car selling business!

Absolutely phenomenal car buying experience! Karley was a great help in answering any and all questions I had. She knew her stuff about the vehicles I asked about and truly took care of me. The dealership has a good mix of music too while you wait! Extremely glad I came to this dealership and very happy with my new Forester!

I recently bought my first car from RK Subaru and had a great experience! Everyone we worked with was very honest, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. When I told them that I wanted to shop around at other dealers, I surprisingly wasn't met with any resistance or pressure (unlike the other dealers that I visited)! Even after the purchasing my car, the staff has been extremely helpful, proving that their great service doesn't end when you sign the papers and drive off. Special thanks to Marshall, Crawford, and Anthony for their help.

Great people and great service. I've used both their service center and just purchased a new vehicle. They have always been extremely friendly here as if you're their neighbour and will get you taken care of quickly and with no hassle. 

Their inventory is the best in the area, they have great hours and great pricing, and if you're military they'll give you competitive prices for a new vehicle. 

Thanks to Anthony for helping me purchase my new car, and making the process quick and painless.

The RK Subaru service department is so helpful!  I started coming here after being disappointed with customer service at another service department, and I wish I had switched out sooner!  They are always so friendly and accommodating, and always have convenient times available.  Such a nice experience!
