Leased a car from here. Service was as expected. The up-sell at the closing table was a little annoying to the point I almost walked out. There is a lot of misinformation between the sales team and finance teams. Overall satisfied with the purchase. Was a little put-off when they started to pull up a friend's family's previous purchase to see if they had opted for the "paint protection package". Being in data security... not cool. Also put off when staff was commenting on how they felt leasing was a rip-off. Not something you want to hear when you are making a purchase.

Southern Kia was the first place I went to look at new cars. I was interested in the Optima. We had two cars we wanted to trade in. They offered us $500 for each trade, which we thought was absolutely ridiculous. They didn't show us any numbers on paper, just what the monthly payment would be if we financed though them. They didn't want to offer more than $500 for our 2009 Malibu because it has 150,000 miles on it. Nothing wrong with the car, just high miles for the age of the car. The salesman told us that his manager was afraid to take the Malibu because of the mileage. He even went as far as offering to have his retired neighbor take over the payments on the Malibu while it remains in my fiances name. No way! We went to Charles Barker Toyota and had an amazing experience. They gave us $4500 for both of our trades and we walked out of there with a better car for $30 a month less than what Kia was offering. My fiancé is trading in his 2014 Kia Sorento after the new year just so we don't have to look at the name Kia on any of our vehicles. We will be going to Charles Barker again for our next car. If the terrible service reviews for Southern Kia aren't enough to deter people from going there, hopefully this one helps.

I was in touch with Michelle days prior to purchasing my car. Once there, I met my salesman (Sterrick) who was nothing less than amazing. Very kind, patient, and respected what my restrictions/concerns were. The entire experience was pleasant and I was not in there for hours wasting time sitting in a cubicle. I viewed the inventory for what I wanted, went back in and Sterrick along with the finance manager got things going promptly. Great experience and I would most certainly refer others there who may be looking for a  vehicle. Loving my 2017 Kia Optima! Great work Team!

I had the best experience with Noel here. I did not come in expecting to get a new vehicle, and I'm walking out with a brand new Kia Forte! Thank you to everyone here, it was the best car buying experience. Call and ask for Noel!

Car salesmen (L.Reed), I would recommend to family and friends to purchase a car. The car buyer wants to feel like they are getting a good or at least fair deal. And that's exactly how I felt about buying me car from (L. Reed).
