Being a first time buyer, can be scary and a little hectic,  I'll admit I thought i would be  pressured and rushed to buy a vehicle,  but not at hall automotive, they gave me all the time that I needed to make up my mind. I really would like to thank Mr. Georoge Gunter, talk about GREAT customer service and professionalism. If it wasn't for this man I wouldn't have drove away with  an 2017 Chevy Malibu I give this man 5 stars

For it being my first experience buying a vehicle, having dealt with JJ Ocañas made everything so much easier! JJ and his manager Phillip made the process quick and got to the point instead of the usual back and forth. I was so appreciative to him and the staff they didn't make me spend useless hours spent at the dealership. JJ gave me great advice on which vehicle would best suit my lifestyle and he had a ton of knowledge on each vehicle that I was interested in. I highly recommend Hall Automotive Virginia Beach if you are looking for a vehicle, they have everything A-Z!

Be careful. They are shady and will try to pull your credit report. Make sure you read all the paperwork, and my sales representative was getting impatient with me when I wanted to. So, you want to sell a car? Alright then, let me read.

I bought several cars from Hall and was satisfied over the years until three or four years ago.  A visit to their service departments are like diving into piranha infested water.  Never again!!!
