It served the purpose. The staff was extremely pleasant and cordial. It is in a very busy area of town, so plan accordingly. There are numerous restaurants, stores and businesses in this area, and you are close to Cumberland Mall. The carpet looks new, and there is a laundry room with new appliances. The rooms are not soundproof , as I heard dogs barking and guess who were loud in the hallway. Can dace and Bonnie were delightful.

It covers the basics and don't get fooled by breakfast. The manager cleaned the rooms and forgot a lot. The drawers are empty. The pro are it's quiet and there is always parking

Overall stay was good. One early morning, the fire alarm went off and basically had us outside of the building. They let us back in eventually. Other than that I had a great visit.

This hotel has a great location for those who want to be next to the xpressways but away for the noise. The trees around this hotel makes a natural sound barrier that worth a quiet sleep. As all extended stay, it have a great kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave, no oven this time. There's no gym or pool also they lack a little of a customer service but can b improve. Will recommend it for a short period of stay.
