Nice hotel overall. I would definitely stay here again. Clean spacious rooms. Nice lobby. Great breakfast buffet. Eggs to order made by a very friendly cook. Front desk staff have been very friendly and seem to enjoy working here. What i did not like... room was slow to cool and i had to put the thermostat lower than usual to get to a good feeling room. There are no stairs to take. You have to wait for an elevator, even when 40 other people are also waiting for the same elevators. No refrigerator in the room.

The overnight stay was rather enjoyable. The convenient shuttle service was a little slow on arrival since he was on other runs, but driver was pleasant to talk to and good at his job. The desk clerks were all very nice and answered any questions we had as were the breakfast staff. The only downsides we had were the lack of in-room amenities such as mini fridge to store leftovers.

Rooms are average. Breakfast is good. The employees have an attitude. The shuttle service starts at 7am, the drivers are never on time and you have to wait half hour to an hour until they arrive to drive people. If you expect to wake up early for work or go anywhere at 7am the shuttle will not be available.

Great hotel with indoor restaurant and waffle house next door!! Also pets allowed! Only observation was at the time of the check-in a manager treated one of the receptionists pretty bad in front of us (apparently she was new and offered us something they could not give). This should never happen in front of any customer, everything else was good.

I stayed here during the TCF style Expo weekend July of 2017. Clean room, comfortable bed, great staff, and there was an indoor outdoor pool which was clean and comfortable temperature-wise. I have no complaints about my experience.
