Overall for the price, it was a good stay. The room was clean and was as advertised. Staff were friendly enough. A few petty grievances that didn't significantly mar the experience. The wrong credit card was charged but takes 5-7 business days to refund, asked for dishes for the full kitchen and were told to go get the box is dishes at the front desk, the was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, there we only one entrance. All-in-all it was a good stay for the price.

Man that was working on the evening of November 8, 2017 was absolutely ZERO help. Literally told me “I’m sorry I can’t meet your needs, call my manager in the morning. I have people in front of me.” He hung up on me. I had car trouble and could not make it the first night of my reservation. I was told I would still be charged because “I didn’t cancel before 6pm.” Next time I’ll try and schedule my vehicle breaking down before 6pm if staying at this property. Front desk man was the rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Talk about service with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience. I drove 800+ mikes from Georgia and had a lot on my plate to take care of during my visit, so to have them relieve some of my burden was a blessing. Guest room 316

First, I should say am basing this on a stay during a rough time for this hotel. They have massive construction on the same street. They also had issues with their internet. All of these things affected my stay but none of them were the fault of the staff. Only hotel gripe would be to upper management, channel selection in rooms is pretty limited. The receptionist Tamika was very helpful over my stay and was quick to help me when I needed it. All said, despite the small issues, I would reccomend this hotel as the rooms are comfy with and the accommodations are more than ample. I am already coming back here this month!
