First things first: Sam, at the the front desk, is a complete a-hole. Upon arriving to check in 5 rooms Sam is on his phone, at the front desk, yucking it up with his girl on the phone. "Excuse me, can we check in?" Sam is still on his phone. He's like hold on, this is an important call. More important than a wedding party trying to purchase 5 rooms? Interesting, but i guess that's why it only rated at 2 stars. He refused to help, or even offer any service and never put his phone down, ave that's IF he wasn't outside smoking, making us wait FOR HIM TO FINISH HIS CIGARETTE!!! I informed everyone that this place wasn't worth our time or money as we were prepared to get rooms next door at the bigger hotel. Luckily, Sam the a-hole was replaced by Mike who was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Mike was attentive, on hand at all times and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. The front desk is the first thing you see at this hotel, so if you have people like a-hole Sam running the front, you can expect to lose more money/customer's in the future. No one spending money at an establishment should ever feel as if they don't matter, as that's exactly how a-hole Sam made the entire wedding party feel. Would i stay here again? Maybe, but only if Sam isn't making me wait on his terms to give him my money...

It was a nice stay. Rooms are a bit dated, but they were clean. The breakfast area was nice and the food was ok.

The staff here is amazing! They know each guest like they are family and are just as friendly. Always a smile for you. The hotel is clean, and the landscaping is lovely. The patio area in the front is a lovely area to sit and relax after a long day. The rooms are bigger than you would expect. They have a mini fridge and a microwave. The lights on both sides of the bed have 2 outlets built in for your charging needs. There is an iron and ironing board, and a huge closet. A dresser, desk, lounge chair, a television with cable, and free WiFi are provided. The bed was firm, and very comfortable. I actually had to check the pillows to see if they were down (husbands allergic) and was shocked they weren't. They felt like it. The rooms temperature was just right. Although near a highway, I was unable to hear traffic with the windows closed. Even when I opened the windows, there was very little traffic noise. They offer really good coffee 24/7, and a breakfast room. Typical fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, and condiments. There is a beverage vending machine, ice machine, and fitness room. The conference rooms are nice. I was very impressed with my stay here, and if I am ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Excellent front desk staff. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. They won't hesitate upgrading your room if they have availability. They're also very considerate of different cultures. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Flat screen tv, microwave, mini bar, iron and board, Jacuzzi in room (if you're lucky), and everything works. Bathroom is clean and hot/cold water is available all the time. Bed is very comfortable and sheets are clean and of good quality. Beeakfast is usually included with the room rate, I'd say very humble, but for this price of the room, I think you don't really expect much more.
