I was displaced from my apartment in order for it to be renovated. I can solidly say this hotel delivers on being a no-frills place to live for an extended period. There are certainly things you could complain about if you were coming from a background of spending time at hotels or resorts designed for staying just a few days. There are next to zero added amenities one may expect from someplace more resort-like, however, ESA doesn't bill itself as anything of the sort, it's a place to sleep while you're either away from home for whatever reason, or you're in town for extended business. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well kept. Being a pet friendly establishment, I had my concerns that there might have been odors to contend with in the rooms, but there was neither hide nor hair to be seen. (Or smelled for that matter!) Overall a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay on a road trip. Check-in was quick with friendly, efficient service. The room was pretty spacious and definitely clean. The main issue was everything was quite loud. The fridge was loud, bathroom fan was very loud and the A/C was pretty loud. It was nothing extremely irritating and I slept through it usually but it was definitely more than usual. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and everything worked well. They had a simple but free breakfast which I was up too late for, but the coffee was pretty decent. The location was a bit awkward. It's not far from anything but it's slightly out of the way and not really within walking distance of anything except one fast food joint and a 7-11. Overall it was a nice stay and I'd return for a quick stay.

Nice place. Clean, modern rooms. Will provide, for free, plates, toaster, pots etc if you ask. There is no oven but there is a stove top and a microwave. And they allow pets! They only clean your room if you stay more than eight days. But you can request more towels, shampoo, etc

Traveled here for business and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Plus they are doing great sustainability work by not automatically including kitchenette items.

My husband and I stayed with this hotel for about 3 weeks until our apartment was available. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to business travelers.
