Well we just checked in for a one night stay on our way to the Olympic National Park and my husband and I are both delighted customers. The lobby is swanky and modern and we were greeted and well-loved by Jessica right when we walked in the door. The room is clean, cute and quiet. Wood floors are so much better than carpets and there is a comfy leather chair in the corner. Looking forward to a good night sleep and free espresso in the AM. Thanks for the kind hospitality!

The hotel is average at best. Don't let the swank lobby photos fool you. The service was the most mediocre. It really lacked any hint of wanting to make things easy for a guest. I had to wait in a long line when I checked in, I had to wait to be sat at breakfast because all the tables were dirty & staff was slammed. I was ignored or passed by a few times before I was told I could sit at the table I was standing right next to. Complimentary coffee except no one was working at the stand. See photo, it's a super cute coffee stand but you can't get coffee. Pool towels are the size of dish towels. My room reeked of cigarettes! Food is totally over-priced. Not sure if they are trying to transition to be more high-end but it's definitely not there yet. The only reason why I'm giving a 3 instead of 2 or 1 is that I did get decent service at the bar, beds were comfortable, TV great size, clear pictures, pool heated and decent and I did see and hear families enjoying their time here.

This is a really lovely hotel. The lobby is interesting and comfortable with free espresso in the mornings made by a barista. The room was quite large with nice toiletries and a huge TV. The kids loved the pool and I loved the trees and grassy lawn. We all were sorry to leave and wanted to try the restaurant and explore the area. A 1/2 mile from the hotel is a lake and park which just happened to have a gorgeous firework show and festival the evening we stayed. I'm definitely brainstorming reasons to return.

I loved this place from my very first entrance and meeting Dave, who was very accommodating for our family of 7. He didn't require us to rent two rooms unnecessarily and was very kind and friendly. Then, the PILLOWS! So soft and comfy! Our room had a beautiful balcony view. I woke early and had a nice cup of complimentary tea in the bar, overlooking the gorgeous grounds and nearby lake. I so enjoyed my time here!

The hotel is nicely updated and the location is nice. However based on our experiences at the hotel I cannot recommend it, even though I highly doubt the experience is typical. First, there was some kind of police incident next door to our room, which the staff handled well, finding us a new room and offering a complimentary breakfast. However, the next morning, that breakfast was the next source of frustration. We were seated promptly, and our orders were taken quickly, but after receiving our beverages nobody came by our table for nearly an hour, when our food finally arrived. I presume something must have happened in the kitchen but there was no explanation or apology, or even an acknowledgement of the wait offered. As I assume this isn't the way things normally go, I'm rating it 3 starsbased on the amenities and location but won't be staying there again.
