I was greeted with a smiling welcoming person whom made sure all of my needs were met, and that was just in the first 5 minutes I was there!! I WILL be back again to stay there if I'm in need of a room, quiet, friendly time! I can't remember the associates name who did check me in, but she said she was "new" and to "bare with her" you need to find out who she was and tell her she did an AMAZING job!! 👍👏

The room was nice. However there was a huge dog in the next/adjoining room. Pretty unnerving to have the dog scratch and dig and bark at the door til after 2am. And the bed was HARD AS ROCK. I've never had that problem at Motel 6 and I've stayed with you for over 30 years I love Motel 6

Location was good, easy access to express way and local roads when there was traffic accidents and backups. Initial setup for room rate was quoted at $55 but not locked in when we arrived, wish that could have been followed through. Staff was very kind, professional and accommodating. No control over the excessive loud noise from people in other rooms or outside on landings. I could actually hear the conversations of people in other rooms and outside talking at night, even when they were upset. I wish I could have a first floor in future easier on me because of my leg. Importance of my room being private means a lot. Was not aware a charge for microwave, refrigerator or wifi, since I travel and other Motel 6 (Illinois) included that in room unless they had no more refrigerators. The shower could be larger to eliminate water spill out. Staff answered questions quickly and came up to assist when needed. Thank you.

We had requested adjoining rooms because we have a large family (5 kids) and wanted to be able to be connected to all of the kids. Instead, we were given rooms next to each other. All was fine, we just would have preferred not have 2 locked doors between us and the kids. The pool was nice. The rooms were Motel 6 basic. Not enough towels and the towels we had were VERY small. Rooms were clean

We had two rooms, one was by the stairs and our son talked of a urine smell near the stairs as well as garbage left outside his door. The room was over priced(250 for two nights so $500 total for our stay). One room was cleaned and other room they never even attempted to clean. When called to report this to front desk, was greeted by a rude front desk person. Who basically said "come get your towels" ZERO apology and just like responded like we interrupted him and his time. The ABOSOLUTE WORST customer service experience, he hung up on us because he had "more important customers" he was waiting on. The towels they had given out were stained and smelled musty. We went and got our towels at the front desk and he still treated us rudely like we were the least of his problems. The TV channels would fuzz out so if you wanted to watch HBO or another show you were lucky if you got to. The shower you have to be careful as its obviously older and needs upgrading you run the chance of getting scalded because someone next door uses the water and it shoots out extremely hot water. The next morning was probably the only thing that was positive here...we got a whopping $20 refund for our "inconvenience".
