I stayed there this past Friday, October 27th 2017. I was up on the third floor by the elevator. When I first came in I spoke to the assistant General manager oh, and he was very sweet and very understanding of my situation. I had to come from Richmond Virginia at 7 in the morning and ask for an early check-in. And they allowed me and have an early check-in and didn't give me a hassle. The assistant general manager, James, call me an hour after I settled in into my hotel room to make sure I was doing okay and I asked him to bring me three pillows what you did. I was very worried about this hotel because of the reviews online. But I was informed that management is new oh, they had new management take over three months ago. I would recommend this hotel and it is very homey is very clean, the people are very sweet. The bed is very comfortable, I just over all enjoyed my stay for that one night. When I come back up to Gaithersburg I will be booking for this hotel again.

The overall hotel is good. The reason that I give this hotel a 2 star rating is due to the fact that on my stay, my rest was interrupted because of their parking lot being worked on. The issue with that was they posted very distorted signs (in Black & White) which where not CLEARLY explained by staff. Furthermore, i feel as if the staff could have made more of an effort to advise guest at check in what would take place the following morning. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR ADVANCED NOTICE THAT MY VEHICLE WOULD BE TOWED FROM THE HOTEL GUEST PARKING LOT SO THAT THE HOTEL COULD FIX THEIR PARKING LOT. It was just by chance that I called the front desk to ask for a later check out time and that is when I was advised by Elizabeth at the front desk that my truck would be towed if I did not move it. It was not clearly advised where I could park, but I did eventually discover where to park. Lastly, the private tow company that this hotel was using to tow their paying guest's vehicles showed ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the care of the vehicles. I saw a COVERED motorcycle laying on its side in the dirt in the rear parking area of 205 Professional Drive with an employee on her phone witnessing the entire disregard. While, I did not witness the tow company move and lay this covered motorcycle on its side off of the parking lot; As a biker, I was disgusted to see that. As a paying customer, I was equally disappointed with my experience because of this parking fiasco. The fact that a hotel can charge any amount of money for a visit then threaten to tow said paying guest should be criminal or at best the guests room should be discounted for the inconvenience.

Had to go there for work, someone was high in the lobby. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. The staff was very helpful and friendly though.

Rooms are nice. Good quality for the price. Could see myself staying here if I needed to be here long term

Rooms were OK, Garbage cans long overflowing outside, Garbage everywhere outside, and in the stairwell. Lot's of broken glass in parking. This place has a feel of a run down homeless shelter. Residents were all nice, I never felt threatened, and I was happy that our vehicles weren't bothered. We reserved a room for three, a month ago and the only rooms available when we arrived only had one bed.
