Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Hotel looked recently renovated. Property was nice. Bathroom/Vanity arrangement was a little unusual. It was slightly awkward for sharing the room. Hotel was busy! Breakfast was standard and acceptable. Overall good value with convenient location. Close to train station and airport with free shuttle to both.

I stayed for 2 nights and I paid for comfort and quiet and cleanliness and value and I got all those plus much more. It's a very nice place with everything I need. Highly recommend.

Decent place to stay, clean, rooms are simple but thought out and everything fits perfectly. Staff seems nice, and supposedly you can use the gym at the Radisson next door, their sister property. Very convenient and quiet location!

Good Price! Nice and comfortably cozy. Staff were nice and very welcoming. Big THUMBS UP to their AWESOME continental breakfast. Thank you folks at Sleep INN!

I really wanted to like this hotel but I had a terrible experience over two nights. First night we checked in late after midnight. I think it was Mike that checked us in and it took him almost an hour to check us in when there was no one else waiting. I finally got to bed then was waken around 5 am by really loud and whole room vibrating sound. It turns out that our room 101 is right next to a fire pump room and the broiler that went on and stayed on for 1.5 hour kept me awake til 6:30am. I was already tired to begin with and I was very upset of such a loud noise for such a long time. In the morning, the front desk gave us a new room. Then when I got back at night and wanted to take a bath, there was no plug for the bathtub. I asked the front desk who couldn’t understand what I was talking about and had to come to the room to see what I was talking about. Their English isnt very good. He called the maintenance who took over an hour to get to the room while I was waiting so I could take a bath. When he finally got to the room, he tried to put a plug in but couldn’t do it. Then more waiting and he brought different parts and still couldn’t fix it. After 2 hours of waiting, still no plug and I couldn’t take a bath. In addition , the maintence guy who was very courteous had a really bad body order that stank up the whole bathroom for hours. I’m not trying to be mean but the order was so bad. So after trying to really like the hotel, I was terribly disappointed. I never want to come back to this hotel again.
