Service was average. No ice machine, you had to go to the front desk and the clerk scooped ice for you from an ice chest. Not the most sanitary looking mechanism. The stay was average -reminded me of the "old" Motel 6 - not the new one - where you seek to be more than a truck stop. NO WATER PRESSURE in the room! Sink, showers - VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE. How much money do you save - would love a good shower at least. Given, DC area is an expensive market but for 75$ a night for one person - c'mon let's get a little more quality going here. r

I've been staying here while training and I must give props to them for their excellent service and amazingly friendly staff. My room has been serviced daily and everything is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Excellent place to stay - especially if you are on a budget!

As motel 6 goes, this one is great. Straightforward rooms. Convenient location as a pit stop night before hitting dc. Walking distance to coffee, donuts and sandwich shops. I've been there four times. Highly recommend if you're a budget motel person.

The motel was spacious. We are a big family and needed something last minute. The beds were spacious enough for 5 people. It was pretty clean except that the floor ( being rug free) felt a little sticky/ unclean when walking bare foot. It's tucked a way in a nice place. There is a train the runs through there but, different from other reviews, it didn't bother us. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed out stay!!!

traveled with our 2 cats and stayed 3 nights. Room had wood grained tile floors that looked nice and were easy on cats. Underside of bed was half sealed off and half accessible to cats, they could hide there but were easy to retrieve. Room was comfortable, clean, with nice amenities- wide screen TV, shelves, seating area. Staff was friendly and gladly provided hot water in morning for our tea. Upon arrival, they gave really helpful advice on where to eat dinner. The office provides free coffee from 6am to 9am.
