We were treated to a two night stay by a family member because my husband was having surgery and we were coming in from out of town with no family close to the surgery center. The hotel is clean and our room was large. We were booked for a two bed room but accommodated with a handicapped room upon request. The one bed was queen size and not very comfortable which was the reason for four stars. The front desk staff was friendly but when I asked the price of candy in the snack bar I didn't get a straight answer so I walked out. The associate may have been playing when he said it depended on how many calories were in the bar, if it was 200 calories it would be $2.00, if 300 $5.00. The issue for me was when I walked away he never gave a serious answer but went back to his conversation with a co-worker. I was impressed with the health center it is very clean and had separate rooms depending on what you selected to do. Overall it served our purpose well and I would recommend it for a conference place or a short stay in the area.

The staff has been wonderful. My flight was delayed and I didn't check the in until 2 a.m. with special request, of course. The night manager made certain I got the accommodations which would work for me. The location is great and I'm very pleased I chose the Radisson.

Hotel is great, convenient and clean with the following exceptions, the carpet in the rooms and the ceilings in the rooms are disgusting everything else was great. Staff is wonderful, shuttle to Metro is nice if they would take care of the ceilings in the rooms and the carpet in the rooms would be wonderful stay. Also replace bald tires on shuttle, get check engine light looked at and the tire pressure light.

The room has a very open layout which is really nice. It was also very clean and the manager was very courteous to us. Not a fan of the door to the bathroom though, didn't feel very private.

Everything was just great, comfortable beds & great service. All staff were very friendly & smooth check in.
