We’ve been VERY happy with our Extra Storage experience. Store manager, Susie Estrada, was the first face we had the pleasure of greeting us on our arrival to Hollywood. She’s helped make our experience at Extra Space Storage feel like we’re visiting a friend when checking our belongings… and her attention to the security of our belongings is matched by her generosity to make sure you’re comfortable. In fact she even brought water bottles to us while we continued to endure the summer heat while unloading. We recommend Extra Space Storage and Susie immensely. I've never been to a more helpful and courteous storage facility in my life! The staff here is nice and always offers water (it's getting hot in WeHo these days). The facility stays cold and the storage spaces are safe and clean. Double lock capabilities and they offer various storage sizes. Top notch storage facility.

This is a very clean facility with convenient access from parking to elevator to storage unit. The carts are new and roll smoothly too! Suzy was awesome and both she and Celine at the Vine St location helped accommodate the transfer of my storage rental to this location. I even got a slightly better price! Much Thanks to both of them. Recommend highly!!!

We found this extra space storage to be clean and well organized. Suzzie was very helpful, spending extra time to advise us on our situation.

The person at the front desk is very friendly , and helpful I feel very please for all the hard work she did for me , and helping me to get the best storage for my belongings. Excellent service
