Great service the night auditor was extremely helpful and funny. Great price!!! Really cannot get much better for the price you pay. Room was very clean despite being a bit outdated. I had a great stay!

Well we did come back one month later. Which it has went down in customer service. See although I do not play the Trump card which was delt to me. These people we're the ones whom informed me a month ago. That if they had all but non-smoking rooms that they had to make it smoking to accommodate me. Well like I said I don't use my disability to get what I want. But how fast they forget the rules that they had informed me about. So this why I lowered their review.

$50 rooms, not terrible, old TV's so no HDMI connection for a gaming system or computer, has composite connections. NO PETS. Major pothole turning into their parking lot, takes up greater than half width of the road and about 4-6in deep. Front desk associates are friendly.

Under new management. Was the excuse. However owner was very rude to me. My fiance booked the room for us. Before I arrived my fiance was given a room key to someone else's room!!! He checked in extremely late in the evening.So being given the wrong room number and room key... He walked in on someone who was in bed!!! Omg! He could have been physically harmed! I was on the phone with him when this happened! He was very shaken up! I arrive hours later to the office am given a key that doesn'twork...To our new room. Wouldn't have been such a pain except I had to tinkle which I mentioned to the receptionist but instead of him thinking quick and directing me to the lobby restroom (if there is one) he keeps fiddling with the room key He can't seem to figure out! I finally suggest he escort me to the room and he figure the key out later. So I finally drop my bags off after walking them upstairs downstairs and then upstairs again. I requested a manager or owner. Receptionist told me I couldn't speak to her until 6 a.m. and that she wasn't in the office until then. However when I came down to the office the 3rd time she magically appeared I was actually happy not only to speak to someone who knew how to do something other than take peoples money but also that she was approaching with a smile on her face. However when I explained to" her the owner" about the room key not working. She has the audacity to say " you know it's 4 a.m." " How many times do you really need to go in and out?" I was Apalled! I dont smoke my fiance does so to please me he books nonsmoking rooms but this is Nothing I should have to explain after I've paid My money to enter and exit the room as many times as we please for the duration of our stay!We travel constantly running our business we utilize hotels and motels just as often as we stay at our homes, if not more often! No such thing has ever happened. They let him in the office to pay and me in a several hours later to retrieve my key but wanted to refund the money when I explained my disgust with the business as well as customer service through the window!!! Outside the office through a slot! They would not let me into the office!She literally dangled the $50 bill deposit money in my face through the window with a smile on her face! I've worked in customer service and or owned a business for years, I've never been treated as badly as this nor have I ever literally written out an experience of a poor review!
