Room was great. On a family trip with our Dad (first since his amputation), the handicapped accessible room was great. Lots of room for him to move about in his wheelchair, made him feel regular again, moving about doing things on his own in the room. Great location, easy access to several great restaurants and freeway accessible. Love that there are several eateries adjacent to the property, we got curious and tried a couple out. We had a great time.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Room was great. On a family trip with our Dad (first since his amputation), the handicapped accessible room was great. Lots of room for him to move about in his wheelchair, made him feel regular again, moving about doing things on his own in the room. Great location, easy access to several great restaurants and freeway accessible. Love that there are several eateries adjacent to the property, we got curious and tried a couple out. We had a great time.

The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The staff was very courteous. Great location. The patio could have been cleaner. I would have appreciated the room being cleaned for the 4 hours when we were not there, rather than in the afternoon.

Decent hotel. Good area really close to the airport, but the rooms are dated and needs to be redone. They claim in the room description that they have wired internet available, but they actually didn't. It was disabled. The staff however is fantastic! Everyone was super nice and helpful

For someone that travels 100% for work, I value things that your occasional hotel guest may overlook. I am giving this location a 5/5 for OUTSTANDING customer service and an extremely helpful front desk staff. The location is great and there are places to eat across the parking lot. If I'm in the area I will stay here. (I usually stay Holiday Inn Express). Thank you San Jose staff for a great visit. I stayed here two occasions for 1 week each.
