I wish I could rate this store a -0, I NEVER write reviews about companies but this is something everyone should know about this particular  Fallas. I have been going to this fallas for years and even though I love their prices, the store is a mess, very disorganized cloths placed everywhere, and the staff don't help or know anything that's going on in their work environment. I applied at their hiring event and interview in a group of 3 including myself. The Manager Maria asked 4 questions and LITERALLY  I answered all the questions 1st and Mentioned I have a lot of Management experience, with the other applicants agreeing to everything I said, no unique or better responses just agreement. At the end of the interview she invited one applicant to the management interview position. And reply that she May get back to us in a week if she decides she want us. Like really ??? This guy next to me just agreed to all my answers to MARIA Questions and he gets the management position??? Racist ! You chose the Hispanic applicant because your Hispanic into Management , I ANSWERED all the questions correct and properly for you to give someone who hardly said 2 words a job and a higher position!!!!???  Never had I once come into counter with Ethics in my 5 years experience, but this is RIDICULOUS, and Needs ATTENTION !!!! Boo boo BOO Fallas ! Lost a Customer for THAT store!

Went there 9/3/17 in the afternoon. The store was dirty and very disorganized. No organization for sizes and everything looked previously worn, even the shoes. I had not been in there in over a year and was shocked to see how it had deteriorated. It had been much better. It's just junk.

Long wait in line.....entire store in a mess and very unorganized... management needs better training of the entire staff and themselves....Ross and Burlington is much better...and proper ettitque...dont say next person...say next customer in line please.
