I love this store but there is one drawback and I have mentioned this to the exchange clerk in the front of the building. There needs to be some chairs for people who are old with bad backs because you stand in line to exchange items any where between 15 and 30 minutes. Its torturous!!! Please hear me!!!!

Nice selection of clothes, shoes and home goods at reasonable prices. They also have a Sephora inside.. a big plus!

The store is a disaster area. Clothes and items on the floor and jumbled on tables. Does corporate jcpenney know or care?

So disappointed in the condition of this store. Steady decline in orderliness and availability of sales associates. Photo taken Jul 9, 2016. Left without really shopping. Felt like a bargain basement store not the JCP I've been so fond of.

Came for Sephora (awesome service) and fell in LOVE with this store! The people were great, super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back. Our new favorite place to shop is JC Penneys!
