When I moved to the area my co-worker recommended Keith's shop. I've been taking my vehicles to Family Auto Repair Plus for 3 years now. I had a Civic which they worked on until I sold it and now I have a 2003 F-150 they've kept going strong. Excellent service with open, fair and honest rates with a clear understanding of what to expect. Keith has always laid out my options with what those choices would cost. He's never underbid a job on me. I had always paid what he quoted me or even a little less (looking at that brake work you guys did 4 months ago).

This auto repair place is simply incredible. Keith's team worked on my BMW and has it running like new. There are very few places that work on BMW's besides the dealership but this place does, and does it well. He did all the work for half the cost of what the dealership wanted. As a police office, I am always cautious about dealing with auto mechanics but Keith was straight up and worked with me to try to keep the cost down as much as possible. Can you believe that? A mechanic trying to keep the cost down? In a world where everyone is trying to take money out of your pocket, its good to know there are still businesses who care about the customer. All my family vehicles will now be going there. I'm a customer for life as long as they continue the great way they are doing business. I don't normally write reviews but this place was worth my time and i think it will help others looking for a fair place to get your car taken care of. Thanks Keith and thank your team for me.

Keith is THE best mechanic/shop owner I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I should know because I have taken my car there MANY times.  Keith and everyone at Family Auto Repair Plus always go above and beyond what they are asked and expected of. He is always willing to work with me and I always leave the shop very satisfied. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as this shop is open. HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and affordable, great- quality service.

This guy really plays the role of a good Christian man and that’s not the case by any means.  I’ve had Keith working one my 2006 Denali for about 3yr and every time it was fixed something else went wrong.  I started thinking that maybe this wasn’t just a coincidence and come to find out my thoughts were right with his true colors finally showing on a phone call while I’m living in Illinois.  I had a rebuilt engine put in the car and won’t even get into the details with the list of other things they did.  Needless to say the vehicle over heats with the check engine light on and the thermostat is broke and was working just fine before I brought it in.   I asked Keith to ship the part to me and twice it miraculously gets lost in the mail Twice with no tracking #.  So today I was finally able to talk with him and he tells me I don’t know what to tell you and that’s between you and God!    Its not about how much money the part is!  It’s about being honesty and doing what’s right and being a man of your word.  I asked for all the paperwork on the vehicle and everything that he’s done on it.  It has cold air steady blowing on my family that won’t shut off and steady overheating.  Told Keith that I could have someone pick up the paperwork and the part.  He said he didn’t have the time and was to busy!!!   Needless to say this man is not honest and is a horrible business man.  So thank you Keith for your honesty and great craftsmanship.   I recommend never going to this crook & I have no ideal how anyone could say that Family Auto Repair Plus is anything but a Chop Shop!!

Keith and his team are great! They did a great job with my repair. The job turned out to be bigger than he anticipated , but instead of increasing the price tag, he absorbed the cost to make sure me and my family got back on the road safely. He fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and didn't try to overcharge us for what we needed. Even though we ended up spending over $1000 for our repairs, we walked out smiling and confident in the work Keith and his team did. Excellent customer service and he also never kept my car longer than a day. Great turn around time. Excellent work and awesome value for families. Call Keith today if you need any work done on your car. GREAT JOB!
