Fast, friendly, and ethical service. The mechanics are honest and fair. I've been to shops that try to take advantage of a woman by herself but my father was a mechanic so I know enough to know if someone is trying to rip me off. This is the only shop I trust!

Honest mechanics. Good work done at a very fair price. I rarely take my vehicle to a mechanic as I do most of my own work but would go back again.

Sullivans FAMILY AUTO REPAIR IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AT THE OCEANFRONT!!!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. My $16 inspection went from that to headlight adjustments at $20 a piece and a lot more. Mind you they were installed by professionals two months prior to my inspection. Then they “claimed” my high beams did not work. Charged me another $50 to diagnose. Lol. That led to my turn signal no longer working properly. Plus my bed cover light was stuck on permanently. So You bring it back for them to fix issues at no cost right. Nope. They told me my connectors were corroded. Nothing under my hood is corroded at all. Neither were the connectors. My vehicle is garage kept and has less than 20,000 miles on it. They wanted an additional $90 to fix this also. I refused. So then they purposefully wired my mirror indicator light to be on permanently as well. So in total for a perfectly working vehicle, they wanted $210.00 total. I wanted to use a different tone of words here. But that would only bring me down to their level of what their missing in life. Which is obviously money and MORALE Maybe a drug problem. NOT SURE.

#PUT THE STRAW DOWN 

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. 

A friend of mine fixed there purposely faulty wiring in 20 minutes.

Great QUALITY work. An honest business. They tell you what is exactly wrong and they don't over price you. I bring all of my company vehicles there for service.

Place is fine for repair work. Customer service could use a lot of work. They left my vehicle unlocked all day across the street after they worked on it. When I mentioned it all I got was a rude woman who told me "well technically that's still our parking lot" and a "nothing was missing right so what do you want me to do about it" seriously?? I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Be wary if you choose this place. They don't care about you or your car....just your money.
