This business was very welcoming.  The people are so nice and conscientious.  The service was completed in a very timely manner
with excellent results. I had estimates from other comparable businesses
and the cost or representation of the other businesses did not compare.
I sincerely appreciate this as I am fairly new to Virginia Beach.

This Midas is a class act. They are about as honest as it gets and you will know what you are getting right off the bat. The pricing is right for the service and the follow up is outstanding. I absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, honest, car service center.

I find this staff super friendly no matter the location. I liked that they gave recommendations for car maintenance instead of trapping me into paying more. Would definitely recommend!

Had a pretty awesome experience here. Ben and his team did an exceptional job on both my 04 Expedition and my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. I've seen the past reviews here but since the management change, these guys are top notch. Trust is always my number 1 concern whenever I take my vehicles in for maintenance and these guys are off to a great start with that. I'm certain we'll have a lasting relationship as long as they keep up their quality customer service and keeping my trucks on the road. Will definitely be back and will strongly recommend to my friends and family.
