UPDATE: 02-09-18 - Still no payment and no contact from the pathetic people of NO integrity car care. I find the rating below from Eric a complete fraud. Integrity has the need to respond to him for a positive review, but won't respond to someone who has been rudely mistreated. I had my van towed to Integrity late in the afternoon on Monday March 5, 2017. I could have drove the vehicle but didn't have someone to drive me home. Since we have AAA, I thought I might as well use them. The van had some leaks, needed some TLC on the power steering, but all 4 tires were fine. I heard the diagnosis on Thursday March 9, 2017. I asked for an emailed report since they offered one. I replied to the email requesting an itemized price list because the report sent to me had no pricing. I received an emailed reply with only one line item which regarded a transmission issue that wasn't on the first report. I called Friday morning to get a better understanding of everything. I told the service manager to proceed with the transmission and power steering issue. He said they would start on Monday March 13, 2017. After giving more thought to the situations over the weekend, I decided against having the power steering fixed by Integrity ($900.00). It bothered me that I couldn't get an itemized report with pricing and they kept mentioning a dry rotted tire that would not hold air. Again, all four tires held air just fine when the vehicle was delivered. I emailed Integrity at 0732 Monday March 13, 2017 requesting they only fix the transmission issue. They open at 0800. My vehicle was ready for pick up Wednesday March 15, 2017 and I'm expecting an invoice of $323.00 for the transmission issue. I received an invoice for $1,167.00 because nobody checked their email. They had to jump start my vehicle because they left the parking lights on, maybe the mechanic's knee bumped the switch. Upon entering my vehicle, I noticed that their mechanics apparently don't put paper down on the driver floor board. Really guys? I mentioned this quietly to Fred, the service manager because he had another customer at the counter. Did anyone offer to clean the mess? I think you know the answer. Customer Service shouldn't be this difficult. Itemized breakdown with pricing, no. Thorough description of all problems, no. Check company email to communicate with clients when phone calls aren't possible, no. Offer to clean up the greasy mess the mechanic left on your floorboards, no. UPDATE: July 7, 2017- still no resolution. I have been in the business twice to express my displeasure since they have not paid the cleaning bill for all the grease on my driver carpet. The inept manger(s) step on their tongue when talking to me. They say, "Our owner is a 30 year Navy veteran he will call you. Maybe he's had family trouble and that's why he hasn't called." These two guys are ridiculous. This company and its owners should be ashamed to tout a 30 year Naval career as the reason you should trust him as being a good business man. UPDATE: July 15, 2017 - Still no contact from this 30 yr Navy veteran who is a man of no integrity. After pay $1,100 in repairs, you'd think they would gladly pay $80.00 to clean all the grease they left on my carpet. They said they would-guess they are liars.

The guys at Integrity are wonderful! Very nice and helpful! Very reasonable prices. I was referred to them from the guys at Rory and Son who are another great bunch of people! I highly recommend Integrity as well as Rory and Son for any mechanic work for your vehicle! Very straightforward, no funny business except the great humor in their personalities!

Their name is the real deal. I've used them for a year or so and I always walk away with a great experience. I like that they give you a printed list of potential problems with photos that show you exactly what needs to be worked on. They operate with a lot of transparency.

Dear Car-Repair Shop Seekers, Amazing!! Wow.. so I booked a time for these guys to look at my hot rod....based on the crazy amount of strong reviews AND..... It is ALL true.. Dean is honest, to the point, and tells you what the best solution is for your vehicle. He even told me that I didn't need a part. Which is the polar opposite of another shop that was trying to rip a grand out of my pocket. Clean facility. Literally as I noticed the trash was barely full, they changed it! Really appreciated how my day completely turned around after coming here this morning. I had horrible service at a competitors shop and left as a result. I was unable to secure a ride after dropping off my vehicle for service and they offered to take me home and also sent an Uber out to pick me up the next morning. So.. this place is where I will be going from now on... signed, Super happy customer

I really don’t understand how this place has such good ratings. That’s the only reason I went there. They told me the part to turn off my engine light was only $65 but when I got there it turned into $800. Now the car won’t start and I’m getting a flashing airbag light. I found a cut wire to my main harness that wasn’t there when I took it to them. You would be smart to stay away from this place.
