We had a family emergency come up and needed a last minute place to stay.  We drive 3.5hours from home and the Owner was waiting for our arrival at 7:30pm on Saturday.  He always answered the phone when we called and was very polite.  The park was very quiet and everyone there was nice.  We wish we could have stayed longer.  NOTE: They are cash only.

We've spent 2 winters at Fay's so I guess that says we like it! Operators Fay and her son Steve are old school straight shooters with no surprises. Nice rustic Florida setting. Reasonable rates. Pasco county park only 1 mile away with beautiful beaches. In a 20-mile radius: Ruth Eckerdt Hall, Greek center of Tarpon Springs, Tampa Bay Downs Racetrack, and anything in between! We would recommend Fay's to anyone looking for a no-frills affordable RV park.

Teeth chattering rough roads, no pads, sites heavily covered with oak leaves.  Two doors down neighbor was peeing in the middle of the road during the day at 1:30. Most residents live in dilapidated RVs and are not very friendly. Neighbors dog on Lot 10 barked nearly every day from roughly 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Forget about satellite way too many trees.
I revised my review from a one star to a two star because Steve the park manager called me because he said, "Your review hurts businesses like mine, I live at the other end of the park and could not hear the dog bark".  
He offered no resolution, so I continue to review this park at the very low end of the scale.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the peace and quiet of this great RV park!
Great management and rates! Will always stay here when we are in the area!

We showed up on their doorstep without a reservation during our family's tent camping adventure.  This was the perfect quiet spot for us to call home for four nights.  Steve was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area, telling us about fishing spots and ready to help if we needed anything.  We enjoyed this campground much more than the bigger ones due to the atmosphere, and the facilities were very accommodating, including an indoor shower and bathroom and well maintained washer and dryer.  The grounds have a natural feel and look but are clearly well cared for.  This campground is on our list of best places to stay.  Thanks for a wonderful experience.
