Orchid Lake RV Resort was designed especially for retired clientele. We are a 55+ facility and we do not allow dogs. The park is located on a nice lake and is surrounded by orange groves which provide a quiet, country-like atmosphere. The park is known for its friendly, active and happy campers! Easy access to and from the park. Arevee Drive is right off of Little Road in New Port Richey.
Our Clubhouse offers a busy recreation program which includes bingo, pancake breakfasts, pot luck suppers, soup and sandwich lunches, dancing—both line dancing and couples dancing, crafts, card playing and more than 100 monthly activities. There are Tournament shuffleboard courts, a heated pool, horseshoe courts and even a putting green for our residents to enjoy. We have a laundry facility available in the park along with newly renovated restrooms that include FREE hot showers.
Each lot has a complete hook-up for water, sewer and electricity and most also have a large concrete patio. Cable TV and phone services are available though local companies. There are lighted, paved streets throughout the entire park.
A shopping center and medical facility are within walking distance. We are located close to many shopping mallsm,churches, hospitals, a library and of course—the pristine Florida beaches. The Sponge Docks at Tarpon Springs is just a short drive where you can enjoy both shopping and delicious Greek food at many fine restaurants. If fishing is your sport, you are in the right spot! If Golf is your sport, you'll be delighted by all the golf courses you can try out your skills at. Busch Gardens is only about a 30 minute drive from Orchid Lake and there is also a Dog Track and a Horse Track not far away. If you enjoy the major attractions Florida has to offer, Disney World, Epcot Center, and Sea World are only a couple of hours away.
