Home I dislike Newport Richey only cause not home town, there are a lot of fun things to do and great restaurants around. I'm raised to say nothing at all if nothing nice to say, but also aware of a person word is all they have.that being said , in season is my favorite time to live here Alot of regulars and fun activities. Great people the regulars and the all year round . The manager well 2 words .....Great Job! Wonderful person. The staff is also wonderful not looking for kudos doubt they can or will ever read it. What I do wish is others would understand is you have rules every where , she is fair and consistent . No the rules are not like some hoa at all but what rules we have we do have to adhere by. Just wanted to get that out to a picticular person. So don't let that stop or change your mind Come on have a hoot I'm in my 40 most say that they are older ,,,,,I need id more energy than I have and have to much fun .... But we are also peaceful and respect our neighborhood! We love we I love new faces ! Hope to see ya

Great park. Friendly people. Really comes to life in the winter. Events like bingo and cards on site and there own big bus to go to the casinos and other events around Florida.

Great Clean fun place to live seasonal, staff great, and neighborhood , you want year round living it as well available?

Don't ever rent lot #258 from Barb. The place is dirty nasty it's got holes in the floor. She wants top dollar for the antenna TV barely works at all. Dishes are dirty pots and pans sticky gooey. All the bedding smells like mold and mildew. Do not I will repeat do not rent this place.

So quaint and friendly. The staff is wonderful and there is a great sense of community here.
