Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Madison, WI. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked ‘til you order them! The food usually comes out somewhat slowly although the staff is very nice.  The restaurant could use a deep cleaning from top to bottom; it's not so much dirty as it is a little bit dated and run down.  It's a nice place for a quick bite to eat; the drive through can be even slower than dining in at times.

Have not been here in a while to eat so I came for lunch and the drive-through was shut down so I had to go inside. The line was pretty long.  There is only one cashier taking orders, which was pretty unacceptable for the lunch time period.  I asked how spicy the spicy penne was and the cashier got me a quick sample of the sauce which I thought was an extra added touch which really made me appreciated and he upgraded my soda to a large because I had to come inside so over all he made up for it very friendly man clean store the food of course is always excellent

Absolutely garbage. Havent been here for a while. I loved my last experience. Today (at lunch rush) I didn't get breadsticks and they were understaffed. I got garbage customer service at the register. Don't come here

This was my first time at Fazolis and I brought my family. As we walked in they had a menu on a monitor that flickered through different deals.  I saw a family deal but I couldn't read it all before it switched to the next slide - this was really frustrating.  The person behind the counter told me what was in the family meal because they didn't have it listed anywhere else.  We ordered the family meal and we were given a number to sit at a table. After 30 minutes we saw someone who came in after us with their family get served.  I went up to the counter and asked about our food.  The food had been packaged as take out - though they gave me a dine in number - and the staff proceeded to take the lids off and serve us the food in the take out boxes.  Of course, it was dry by the time we got it - but we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. 

Despite our bad experience - the fresh breadsticks were great. The bus staff were doing a good job to keep the place clean.  When I had felt like the service was taking longer then a full restaurant I probably should've said something instead of waiting for them to figure out the mistake.

gone downhill over the years... Used to be nice to get some quick pasta at fast food speed and price... Now it takes longer than a sit down and it costs the same as table service restaurants.
