We were seated on the upper level, waitress got our drink order, brought the drinks and put in an appetizer order. We then put in our food order. We got our appetizer and waited....the waitress came back 20 minutes after we had put our order in and told us the slip with our order had gotten lost and asked us what we ordered.  She didn’t really explain that the order never got started. We waited another 30 minutes, she brought our food...but my food was not the correct order. She had the correct food made and didn’t charge me for my entree, but was not very apologetic and basically seemed to avoid our table. So I was compensated for the getting the wrong order, but not for the delay in getting our food due to the slip being lost. This is my second time at this location...the first time we did not get good service either, but the waitress acknowledged it and tried to make it better. Don’t think I will be going back.

Waitstaff was friendly and prompt. Beer was good. I am not sure what was going on in the kitchen though. 

Only 3 in our party, the restaurant was busy, but it was 5:30pm so expected. 2 of us ordered off the menu no substitutions, no changes, no wacky add-ons.  I ordered the special, also no subs, changes, or wacky ad ons. The food arrived 1 1/2 hours after we ordered it. The only thing that was warm was one baked potato. All the food was cold!!! Not warm... cold. The special was Prime Rib, I ordered it medium and it came to the table rare and cold. 2 people in our party had GI issues about an hour later. I would advise people to go elsewhere.

This is a very underwhelming location of the popular Great Dane pubs. What stands out is that it's virtually the only place to eat in the area and it's service and quality reflect it. Our group waited for an hour on a Friday to get a table; the only reason did so was because any similar option was at least 20 min away so like diners at an airport, we made do with what was available.

We got drinks while waiting and were treated to the worst tap pour I have ever seen from a professional bar tender (left to sit ~5 min for the foam to drop rather than repouring, still 1/3 foam in the end). This was apparently not isolated, as the group next to us was comped a beer to make up for a poor earlier pour. 

Once we were seated the service was prompt and efficient, so points there. The food arrived quickly (the place emptied out as we were getting arrested) and was... okay.  I tried a mac 'n cheese dish and part of a meatloaf and it was about what I'd expect at a diner here. Given the Old Fashioned prices and wait time, it was a definite underdelivery.

Basically, this place is the only game in town and seems to know it. The experience contrasts poorly with the downtown Dane, which is much more competitive. Unless you happen to call the immediate area home, I'd avoid this particular location.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before I had to work.  Big mistake had to be to work by 2pm. Got seated at 1:17 and figured I should have enough time top eat and be out by 1:55. Waited until 1:30 and no one had stopped by my table to take my order or even acknowledge me.  I saw 2 waiters glance at my table but they didn't even say anything.  Maybe because I was by myself for lunch they didn't think the tip would be worth their time. Extremely disappointed and going to work hungry!

Came here for the first time for Valentine's day with like four friends to chill after work. The main bartender who was wearing black and worked 2/14/18 night shift was rude and racist seeing how we were the only non white people there besides my one white friend and her son. She was rude and was trying to kick us out before it was even closing time. We didn't even drink much and she was just eyeing us. As we left, she was watching us. Whoever she is, should not work there seeing how low of a rating you guys have. It also took way to long for our food to come out. We didn't even cause any trouble. That lady bartender was the main problem with her racist quiet thoughts. Will tell everyone about her. One star rating.
