The food usually comes out lightning fast and the staff is very nice. The restaurant could use a deep cleaning from top to bottom; it's not so much dirty as it is a little bit dated and run down. It's a nice place for a quick bite to eat; the drive through can be a little slow at times.

We waited for a carry out order consisting of 3 meals, for over half an hour. This is after rudely being greeted by the clerk at the counter. After the order was placed, and we patiently waited for our food, 4 other patrons ordered and got their food before we were told our order would be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we finally got our meals and got home, the chicken was pink in the middle and broccoli still frozen. Very poor customer service and food.

They have good deals and coupons. We popped in on a Saturday night. Waited 45 min for our food. They were good about it. We had salad and endless bread sticks.( Which are sooo good). So we weren't starving. They were unusually busy, and so was drive-thru.

Given the time we where there at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. There was 11 open tables but now cleared for seating. There also was no clean silverware available at the island. Really unprepared for the night.

I was visiting my son from out of state and he suggested Fazolis. It wasn't long and we noticed shortage of staff. The offensive part was the attitude of personnel in the kitchen. Reprimanding the employees in front of customers and very short fused. There was customers filling ice and bussing. My son's order was wrong and the waitress couldn't do anything about it because the manager was angry enough she said. Being shorthanded is a tough position to be put in, but what a horrible, incompetent way to handle it. What a poor representation of your business. EVERYONE was commenting amongst themselves and it wasn't good.
