Well I just love this place. I would recommend to visit in weekdays in the afternoon/evening. Great place to sit at and rewind or just spent sometime alone or with company. Grand city and inner harbor views. There is quite a lot of stairs to climb and no wheel chair access on it. I am a resident of the area and I often take coffee up top and sit for sometime. 
The place flaunts the beautiful soul of the city.

One of the best places to visit in all of Baltimore probably ever. Name a place where you can oversee all of the city on a natural place. Beautiful place to visit at night. Great place to go sledding. Going up and down the hill is fun. Visit this place if your in the area. I bet you will not regret it.

Great park for little ones. Clean. Fenced in area has grass to run around in. Swings and slides. View of the inner harbor can't be beat!! No bathrooms.

This park is a gen nestled in downtown. It's right on the inner harbor. Because it's elevated, you have a great view of the city.  It's a great place to have a walk or run. It's also dog friendly. But PLEASE, keep your dog on a leash!  Visit this park and enjoy the sights of the harbor!

The view from this park is excellent. Good place for jogging with a group or just for relaxing. I visited in the winter so I didn't get to see the green. Definitely gonna take a visit in the summer.
