The rooms are nice and kept clean. I've gone here every year since 2012 and I've never been unhappy. It's my annual staple to go here. It is a quiet place in a quiet part north of ocean city. I highly recommend for kids and anyone wanted to escape the crazy partying done in bigger beach cities. It's a block walk from the beach and has a great and friendly staff.

I've stayed here twice now. Nice quiet relaxing place to stay. No teenage crowd, good sized pool, clean rooms. Ive never seen an insect here, ever. Only one handicapped room available. No handicap toilets available in standard rooms or common area. If they were more accommodating to handicapped, I'd give them 5 stars. Not a wondrous place but very reasonable prices for a room so close to OC with a beach a block away!

We got exactly what we paid for. Rooms and staff are nice. Decent pool. Location is perfect. Beach on one end. PM fun on the other. Park the car. No need to drive. Don't forget your soap, shampoo and a couple of laundry pods. This place could use change machine.

My daughter and I have been coming here since 2012 for a nice Mother Daughter getaway. we usually stay 2-3 nights. It's priced right, clean and the beds are usually comfortable. Every year we encounter some sort of glitch with reservations, room, etc. Usually the owner does something to make it right for us. Every year we book the same room upstairs overlooking the canal. Last year when we checked in we were told that there were still people in that room and that they would not check out. They promised the room the next day. They gave us a room on the first floor overlooking the street. I felt like I was staying in the parking lot, btw. The next day the room still wasn't ready, so we had to stay in the room on the first floor. Which wouldn't have been so bad, but the room had a filthy carpet and flies. The owner told the front desk person to give us a coupon for a free night. The free night stated not during July and August. When we saw this, we told them that we only visit in July and August and we were told that it would be okay. Then when we checked out, they asked for the coupon back and gave us a 15% off coupon. When I told them I wouldn't be coming back next year, they printed another free night coupon. I booked the room for August 2017, in May. I mentioned the coupon at the time. Nothing was said. two weeks before our trip, I got a call from them at 10:00 at night, (which is too late), we were already in bed, telling me that they can't honor the free night. This is after my daughter and I took off time from work. At this point we are ready to change our reservation from 3 to 2 nights. And, we will not be coming back again next year!

Clean basic motel. Pool area was real clean. Super close to the beach. Ladies at the check in were super nice. Great value.
