Mark and Amy were fantastic! They were able to make sure I got a great sale price and ensured that I got a great price on in town delivery. They even stayed late to secure the deal and that I was taken care of. I will make sure to come back to Hot Springs FFO for all future purchases due to having great customer service with so much character. They made the process such a breeze!

The sales reps were most helpful! They listened to my needs and showed me exactly what I was looking for inside my budget. They made buying a new recliner such a hassle free event.

We recently purchased an amazing living room set from the Hot Springs FFO. Debra was an excellent sales representative and very knowledgeable about the product/brand. Appreciate it, Debra. I know we are going to love our furniture for years to come.

The salesmen were nice enough, but the couch I was sold was a return couch from someone that financed it and returned. What I failed to do was check the back side of the couch when buying, and noticed when I got it inside my house with the packaging off that there wasawas a 2 inch hole with staples popping out of the back. Check your furniture before getting it out of their store.
